Our Financial Services group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) is growing. Blakes is widely regarded as the market leader for financial services, and we are looking for Associates with two to four years of experience to join the Calgary office in the transactional practice.

Blakes has the top-ranked financial services practice. Our Financial Services transactional lawyers are highly respected and internationally recognized, and our practice covers a broad range of asset classes for both lender-side and borrower-side mandates. Areas serviced by our Financial Services transactional practice include syndicated lending, leveraged finance, asset-based loans, project and infrastructure finance, energy finance, equipment finance, real estate finance, structured finance, and securitizations. Blakes regularly acts as counsel to many of Canada’s major financial institutions, as well as U.S., European and other non-Canadian financial services providers.
